How to revise maths effectively
Answer questions, do not read solutions. Reading a worked example feels productive and mostly is not. Retrieving an answer yourself is what builds memory, which is why every engine asks before it explains. Revise what you are worst at. Time spent on a topic you already score 90% on earns very few marks. Your skill tree ranks your topics so you do not have to guess. Space it out. Three short sessions across a week beat one long session, even if the total time is identical. Returning to a topic after a gap is what moves it into long-term memory. Practise in exam form. Knowing a method is not the same as recognising when a question wants it. Exam-style questions and full papers are where that gap closes. Keep it going.
